Be the Cause

I am so looking forward to this service vacation to do some service for the people of South Africa, especially the little precious orphans. I hope my service will at least pay them respect for all they have been through and give them caring and compassion. I am sure they will give me much more than I can ever give them and it will be honor to be there for them, if only for a little while.

As we prepare for this trip, I am overwhelmed with expectation, excitement and most importantly fear. Although I do not fear for my own life, I fear that I may not be prepared for the changes that lie ahead. May the journey transform us all into better human beings and may all beings find good health.
